The Race Equality Foundation and Learning Disability England have published new resources about annual health checks for people with a learning disability from Black, Asian and minoritised ethnic backgrounds.

Where can we find the newly published resources please?
The link in your update is for your easy read project information leaflet (sharing info about involvement in groups earlier in 2024).

Searches on your website and LDE site but have been unsuccessful - perhaps not updated yet.
If resources are not available yet, do you have a press release we can share please?
