This is an easy read leaflet about the NHS 111 service.

It tells you about how if you are ill or hurt and need help fast but it is not an emergency you can call NHS.

NHS 111 can help you right away, and if you need to go to A&E they can book you in to be seen quickly and safely.

You can still go straight to A&E but you may be able to get help quicker if you contact NHS 111 first.

You can contact NHS 111 by phoning 111 or going to the NHS 111 website.
