Moving safely and preventing falls for people with Down's syndrome and dementia: share your ideas!

We would like to work with people living in London with Down’s syndrome and dementia and their family/carers to help make a video to train health and social care staff.

The video will raise awareness about patient experiences of falling. It will also help staff to support people to move around safely, in hospital and at home.

Your stories and ideas are very important. People with Down’s syndrome and dementia and family/carers will each be paid £25.00 per hour for helping.

For more information, please contact Phoebe Averill: 020 7594 9038 or p.averill@imperial.ac.uk.

If you are interested in sharing your ideas but do not live in London, or you are an interested health or social care professional, please get in touch anyway.

Many thanks,

Phoebe
