Hydration and Bristol stool charts + inco pads

Hope someone can help please :slight_smile:

Have I imagined this, or are there adapted versions of the Bristol Stool Chart and Hydration/Urinary Health chart for use with people who used incontinence pads?
Or perhaps it was something else - like how best to compare/interpret the chart ?
if so, can you signpost me to any resources please
