HI the Speak Out Council are running a quick health inequalities survey which includes a question about flu jabs, as well as heatlh checks. We’d invite anyone to take our survey, so we can raise any issues which come out of it:

But it doesn’t really matter if someone does not know how old they are or if they do the other one. Thank you for helping us to speak out for people with a learning disability and/or autism.
