Easy read information on bariatric surgery

Hello. I’ve recently had a requested for easy read/adapted information on bariatric surgery for a service user with a mild Learning Disability. I haven’t found any information on this and wondered if anyone has produced easy read information that they wouldn’t mind sharing with me. Kind regards
